Yes it does work. As you may know, a d20 is an icosahedron. which is a shape with 20 faces, 30 edges and 12 corners. The way this die works is by inserting a steel ball into it which will fall into one of the 20 corners positioned opposite of each number. Yes 20 corners. So the inside of the die is not just another icosahedron. In reality the inside is a dodecahedron (d12) which is a shape with 12 faces, 30 edges and 20 corners. Kind of funny how those two shapes are opposites of each other. The pegs are printed on the side to increase strength. One peg hole has been deliberately left out of the pattern to allow you to easily align the faces properly without guessing. A 12mm to 19mm steel ball will work great for this. Remember that round die only work on flat surfaces lolBoost MePlease consider a boost. It helps buy filament which i use to test new things, create prints to display at 3d printing shows, and make things to give away to kids.
