In the files above you will find all the STL files for 3D printing a spice rack. I designed it so that it fits perfectly in one of our drawers.
Because the complete rack consists of so many parts, I’ve included an image with a Bill of Materials.
All the trays (left and right) need to be glued together using super glue. The trays are designed with alignment pins so they fit neatly together. I then tapped M3 threads in all the holes. That may not strictly be necessary—you could probably drive a bolt directly into the hole—but I had an M3 tap on hand, so I used it. For the bolts I used M3 x 20 DIN 912 stainless steel bolts, although stainless steel isn’t strictly required.
During assembly, keep in mind that part “2” (the legs) should be assembled last; otherwise you won’t be able to place the top tray anymore.
