This is a sponge bottle cap that fits standard sized soda bottles. It should screw onto your typical 20oz bottle, 2-liter bottle, water bottle, or even the mini soda bottles as pictured.
All it requires is an empty clean soda bottle, a slightly thick sponge, and optionally a small rubber-band (creates a nice seal). The sponge should be cut into a pyramid-like shape with the top cut off. The larger portion of the sponge (bottom of the pyramid) should be about twice the size of the square top of the opening.
