DIY-MANUAL FOR OUR SPOOLHOLDER

You might know the problem of stacking spools high up in the air, due to limited space. It is quite shaky, chaotic and doesn't look very nice. As a 3d-printing shop we had that problem.

One day then our colleague Sebastian decided that something had to change. He quickly constructed the 3d-printable elements and ordered one meter pieces of round wood (3cm in diameter) and started printing in PETG. A view days later our workshop looked much tidier as you can see on the pictures.

What you need for one stack:
- A 3d-printer that can print the size of 216 x 63 x 25 mm for the one-story, or 216 x 308 x 25 mm for the two-story spoolholder.
- PLA or PETG Material
- Roundwood with 3cm diameter and your needed length (available at most hardware stores); 2 pieces for the one-story and 4 pieces for the two-story stack

For stability and safety, fix the stack with screws, cable ties or glue after deciding on the final location.
