Spool Holder

Ball Bearing equipped Spool Holder to replace stock spool holder provided with Ender 3 / Pro. Reduces friction and potential drag from full 1 kg spools. Attaches to stock metal spool support arm. Simply slides over stock metal support and can be secured using an M3 screw and nut.

Will easily fit common 1 kg spools with 50mm (2 inch) or larger bore.

The base of the metal support arm can be slightly bent by hand to achieve nearly perfect vertical alignment and prevent the spool from walking out towards tip of support arm. I prefer my spool to have a slight tendency to walk towards the printer frame / metal support arm and I set my roller location to leave a small gap between metal support arm and spool side (see post print photo).

2 (two) each of 608ZZ Ball Bearings (8x22x7mm) are required. Bearings will snap into place over roller ends and into bearing clips without any tools.

An M3 X 16mm screw and nut is optional, but prevents any wiggle and accidental removal of the holde
