**Spool Holder for Ender 3 (and similar printers)**

This spool holder is part of a bigger project — a 4-color Ender 3 IDEX modification.
The design has been tested through static analysis and is intentionally **overengineered** to handle a wide range of spool sizes.
In my own setup, I’ve used spools from **40 mm up to 70 mm** wide.
However, the holder is capable of supporting even larger or heavier ones — up to **5 kg with a 70 mm spool**, or **1 kg with a 150 mm spool**.

There are other interesting builds there — including a **$100 DIY laser cutter (v1 completed)**, which had to be paused due to lack of funding, but the full working prototype is still available to see.
