SPRING CLEAN™

This is my design/concept for this challenge enjoy. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Originality of design: Modern design concept, as original as it can get. Ease of manufacturing. The bottle can be manufactured using a number methods, injection molding, 3D printing. Ease of use. Very economical designed to used with one hand, Lid has been designed to have a self locking lip to hold the lid from hinging. Soft plastic material has been selected for easy grip and cleaning purposes. Fluid type: Water, designed to handle both cold and warm water situations. Bottle Capacity: 663ml. Flat surface: The bottle is able to stand on a flat surface. Car cup holder: Designed to fit the specs given in the brief. Design: Easy to produced for commercialization. Leak-proof: Lid and screw top enables leak proof and dirt from entering the water cavity. Logo area: The logo are has been located on the top lid beneath a transparent plastic cover dome to prevent damages to the logo. Wall thickness: 1.5mm for warm and 1.0mm cold drink. Wall Design: single walled. Lid style: Clip lock design which holds lid in place after 120 degrees rotation Screw top: Screw lock Design requires minimum torque to open and close. inner rubber washer has been included to prevent leaking from the screw top. Additional feature to look for: 1. The Steel design is fitted with leather pouches in a case of warm water usage the leather will remain cooler than the bottle. 2. I have slotted in an additional holder for the various uses. Eg pills jewelry ,,,,
