Spring compression (structural analysis animation)

There is a guy asked me about how to make spring compression animation using CATIA. however, I don't think that CATIA is better in animation when compare to solidwork. From my experience , CATIA can do a good job on FEM (Finite Element Analysis) for initiative design. Thanks for asking , have fun
