Pictured are the half sized owls. These little stacking owls are easy to print, even in multi-color on a single extruder/color printer. They stack in various ways allowing you to create small or large balancing towers.Tips and notes:I've found that regular PLA or Silk PLA is almost too smooth with creations that are wide. It would appear the lack of friction creates some instability. They still work, but you may be limited in how large you can build.Matte PLA will give you a slightly better grip.To increase ‘stickiness' even more, use the ’fuzzy skin' setting in your slicer. In PrucaSlicer I've found a ‘fuzzy skin thickness’ of 0.1 and a ‘fuzzy skin point distance’ of 0.1 to work well and not detract from the pieces themselves. For an even better stick, use Woodfill PLA. The grippiness is so much better and I've had the best luck with building large creations..2mm layer height is sufficient2 walls10% infill to ensure good bridging of the top layers
