This is a solid stand (22 x 22 x 4 cm) for a large laptop (15’’). Pieces are joined by pressure without glue or screws.
It is well known that FDM printed parts have slight dimensional errors, such as undersized holes. The Horizontal Expansion setting In Cura -usually hidden within Shell menu- allows for set a compensation value when fitting pieces. Values between -0.05 and -0.2 mm (for a 0.4 noodle) usually give good results.
It is recommended that you first run the **Simple horizontal expansion test - Hole Size Test** [https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4329561] to find the right value for your printer.
