Standard Phone Holder

This is a mount for a phone holder or any other accessories which can be mounted using the drawing template of four holes -- for M5 fasteners and nuts. One can also use inserts in the adapter. The two slots are for zip-ties that strap the mount onto a stem or handlebar.
