Ok so this was the starfleet starbase I worked on. I have one version with landing bays above and the other is with the bays below. This is the one with the bays below.

The docking/landing bays have the ST:TOS style observation and control area.

This shape follows what is in the old technical manual from the 1970's but I took some creative license.

Standard personal usage only. If you want to do more then contact me. I am reasonable.
