STEM Connectors

These simple but effective connectors are designed for STEM education and are designed to be used on two standard products. The first is 4mm diameter art straws and the 3mm diameter dowel.
As D&T teacher of 18 years experience of was looking for a simple way to create a connector block that can be easily used but not requiring huge amount of expensive resources. Both the Art straws and Dowel are sustainable in their production and recyclable as materials.
I have printed 2000 parts in PLA with 0.4mm Nozzle on a Ultimaker 2+ with a patter of 50 at a time and no support or adhesion support needed. ( I often use a little hairspray to get adhesion to the glass plate).
