Hi,
this is the case for STLink-V2 programmer which is part of STM32 NUCLEO boards (64 pins or 144 pins). The programmer can be separated from the board and used as standalone device.
All available pins are exposed (SWD port, TX, RX, GND, ...).
You will need 4 M2x8mm screws to hold top and bottom part together.
If you want contrast label on the top, change filament color after 0.6mm height for at least two layers.
