StormPanel Clamp

These are custom-designed clips for securing 4mm polycarbonate panels, specifically made to enclose and protect the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer. The clips are engineered to fit perfectly into the printer's frame, providing a stable and secure hold for the side and top panels.The clips are lightweight yet sturdy, designed for efficient 3D printing and easy installation or removal without additional tools. They are compact and optimized for small or large-format printers alike.To fully enclose the machine, you will need:5 polycarbonate panels, 4mm thick1 polycarbonate panel, 10mm thick1 joining pieceThe door hinge is cleverly made by partially cutting the hollow core (canuto) of the polycarbonate panel, allowing for a seamless and functional swing mechanism.If you'd like to see more about this project, check out my Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/3d_rivas/.
