Structural Base for CUBESAT

The idea of this is to provide a structural base for the 4 rails that is strong and provides easy access to panels with minimum weight; the panel mount surfaces would not be left solid as shown but rather mostly cut away for weight reduction and only as thick as required; ideally, but not necessarily, the part would be printed after the locations of boards etc were determined and all cutouts etc printed into it; covers could be provided if need be prior to launch. There may be advantages to this shape especially for long CubeSats as the circuit boards could be made much longer; they can in addition be made wider by cutting through the adjacent wall and staying on the same surface.
