Sub-C Battery Jacket

Sub-C batterys from RC battery packs or power tools when broken down are not wrapped individually and can be easy to short out.

i created this jacket shell for sub-c so the anode and cathode are available but protect the top end where a flat metal surface can short the cell.

there is an inner ridge that clips the jacket onto the cell so that it will not slide out. with the top end of the jacket on a surface just push down on the battery until it snaps in.

I have added a cap version and a shorter 32mm jacket for 3/4 sub-c cells.

i have only printed in PLA and have not tried joining batteries while in the jackets yet.
