Subaru Visor Mount

This remix of a design by @daveinajeep defaults to metric units (mm) and attempts to use better practices for 3D-printed parts by utilizing chamfers and fillets in key locations that are not visible to the user of a part in use. The changes serve to strengthen, while reducing the amount of support needed to print in some orientations.
