Sublight Lamp (programmable)

I have been using the sublight lamp in my wardrobe for quite some time. However, because I was annoyed that it was quite loud on power on and off, and because I forgot so many times to turn it off, I made a sublight lamp with an automatic power off. I used ATTINY10 microcontroller with programming port (TPI) so that the program can be easily changed. I used the capacitive touch key.
