Suzuki Method Practice Dice

A pair of dice to help beginners learning music with the Suzuki Method.

One die has the different "Suzuki Rythyms" on it that you will play with Twinkle. (The star represents either playing the twinkle theme or a re-roll if your student is not there yet). My son likes the element of chance in our practice sessions to see whether he will get one that is easy or hard for him.

The other die is simply a 6-sided die, but I have numbered it from 3 to 8. We use this at times to see how many times he has to run various drills or elements of songs we need to work on. Again, he likes the random element to it as a way to keep practice interesting. I like it because he seems to accept practicing the same thing 5 times in a row much more readily if the die is telling him to do it rather than me making him.
