Hey fellow makers! 👋 I recently designed and printed this caster wheel, which I’ve named SwiftRoller, as a tolerance and function test for my 3D printer. The goal was to create a realistic part with: Tight rotational tolerancesFunctional snap-fit componentsSmooth rolling behaviorModular mounting base It’s fully 3D printed (no additional hardware), and designed to push my printer’s dimensional accuracy to the limit while also being fun to assemble and test.
