Switch key for angle grinder

I had an old angle grinder that had a broken power switch, so instead of throwing it away, we used this small insert to be able to use it. It’s a simple print that might help others too. Dimensions - Square fitting: 7.5 mm (width) × 7.2 mm (height) - Circular base diameter: 15 mmTo make sure the FlexKey can handle the pressure from regular use, I printed it with:4 wall loops for extra strength25% infill0.16 mm layer height for a cleaner look Note : I printed the FlexKey on diagonal, so the layers aren’t perfectly horizontal. This helps reduce the risk of breaking at weak layer lines when the tool is pressed or twisted during use. Angled layers give it better strength where it matters most.
