I made this up quickly in Tinkercad to hold Waterproof Push-Button Switches bought on amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LX1H7XF/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I haven't printed this yet, but will resize holes if needed.
The switch holes are 5mm diameter with a 1mm thick bottom layer that has a 1mm hole in the center to help drill out the holes in the proper locations. The 4 screw holes are tapered to use self drilling wood to metal screws.
