Synthbox 1

This is a box that reduces the clutter and complexity of my current rig for use in gigs. It's like a Fishman Tripleplay FC-1 controller, but better in my opinion.

I play guitar.

I have a nice Rainsong carbon fiber acoustic with a Fishman Prefix onboard pre-amp. I also use a Fishman FTP Synth Pickup that has a wireless USB receiver. along with two floor based USB midi foot controllers, and four expression pedals with 1/4" stereo connectors in my rig..

All the little boxes and usb connectors are a pain to bring to a gig, setup, and tear down, and they are very fragile.

This box lets me plug everything into one box, rather than connecting five little boxes on the floor. The most important connections are hardwired inside the box, instead of depending on fragile external micro usb connectors. I plug the guitar and expression pedals directly into it, and then a cable from it to the PA.

The box has a real AC power cord ... no wall warts ... and all I do after that is p
