I misplaced my ZWO T2 Female to T2 Female 11mm extender/spacer that came with my ASI183.
T2 is M42 with a 0.75 mm per turn pitch. I added a 0.3mm extra tolerance at 0.1mm layer heights.
But customize to your hearts content.
Print it in black, orange was only used to get better pictures of the thing.
The OpenSCAD script contains the threads library by Dan Kirshner

Since this library is GPL, this thing is also GPL.
