First try on cable holder fixed to table

Dimension on holes:
2 X 4 mm
2 X 5 mm
2 X 6 mm

There 3 versions depending on the table thickness:
1.5 mm, 1.7 mm and 2 mm

I hava add an extra version if you want to just stick it to anywhere.
