This is my design of a fully 3D printable table tennis bat. No supports or screws are required. The rubbers are printed with TPU. The rubber is connected to the racket via a specially designed connection that clamps two small rubber blocks on each side of the rubber when both rubbers are joined together. The red rubber file is the same as the black one. It is recommended to use 50% infill for the Rubber sides, because of the density of the small clamping blocks. so there are only 3 files. Feel free to share a make. This is a proof of concept, Tpu is not a perfect bouncy rubber, But you can try it out with other rubbers if you have some.
