This vise is designed to provide maximum stability and precision, solving the common flexing and jamming issues found in most 3D-printed vises. 1. Design and Mechanical Strength 3-Guide System: The triple-guide structure ensures perfect linear translation. This eliminates lateral wobble and prevents the moving jaw from binding or locking up during tightening. Screw Orientation: To ensure maximum structural strength, the screws must be printed horizontally. This allows the layers to run along the length of the screw, providing significantly higher tensile and torsional resistance compared to vertical printing, where threads risk snapping between layers. 2. Capacity and Dimensions Table Mounting: The vise is compatible with surfaces ranging from 5 mm to 32 mm in thickness. The mounting screw has a maximum opening of 35 mm. Jaw Capacity: It can securely clamp objects up to 50 mm wide. 3. Print Settings and Materials Structure (PETG): PETG is highly recommended for its excellent mechanical
