Tabletop background character

When my group faces an encounter where there's a crowd, I like to place down a bunch of minis to give them a sense of scale, but it then becomes hard to keep track of who's technically in the encounter and who's just an onlooker. So I've taken to using this very nondescript model to represent members of the general population. They take about 10 or so minutes to print, so you can have crowd at your disposal relatively quickly!
