Tamiya TT02 Body Posts

Adapted the geometry from https://www.printables.com/model/681100-tamiya-tt-02-rear-and-front-body-posts to enable better flat printing with less support. Printing horizontal enables the layer lines to be printed in the direction of bending resulting in much stronger body posts. Printing with TPU for AMS is very close to the OEM flexibility of the Tamiya plastic. PETG is harder and 95A TPU is almost too soft, but can work in some applications. PLA will work but will often break on hard impacts.
