## 3D Printing

Blade prints edge-up just barely fits across the diagonal of my FlashForge Creator Pro. Going to mill it in aluminum eventually.

## Setup for the .NC files:

* 2x12x0.25 inch aluminum stock (I'm using 6061-T6, 7075 would be nicer)
* x,y zero is the center of the geometry, z-zero is top of stock.
* Setup is a two sided machining job, mirrored on the X axis.
* Rouging and Pencil use 1/8" 4-flute square end mill - program is set at 40"/min 0.005" depth of cut.
* Finishing use 1/8" ball end mill.
