TEST - The generalised test object

This is a calibration object that can perform three different tests at once:

1. **First layer** appearance and bonding.
2. **Flow rate** calibration ([read this procedure](http://www.desiquintans.com/flowrate)).
3. Visualise [**ringing/vibration**](https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#vibrations-and-ringing) inherent to the X, Y, and Z axes.
