Do you know your 3D printer's tolerances? Did you know they vary depending on the materials and resolutions you use? Print these male/female models at various resolutions and with various materials to check your tolerances and make designing and printing 3D models easier and more predictable.
A has a 25 mm diameter circle and each subsequent circle is 0.25 mm larger, i.e.
A = 25.00 mm
B = 25.25 mm
C = 25.50 mm
D = 25.75 mm
E = 26.00 mm
F = 26.25 mm
Thanks to Lars Christensen for the inspiration to create these based on his original idea.
