I made this file after recognizing my need to get the citadel texture paint in small places without smearing it on my minis. I wasn't willing to pay $9 (or anything) for a tiny bit of plastic, and wait for shipping, when I could just as easily design and print it. The dimensions of the two ends should roughly match the citadel tool.
