ThickCard

ThickCard is a simple wallet-sized design tool for when you are designing an object and need to quickly decide how thick to make a feature/wall on your object. The ThickCard features 'leaves' of different thicknesses so you can look and feel what suits your design best. Also a great way to compare flexibility of different materials.

The 'original' design features 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0mm thick leaves.

Original: 0.5/1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0mm.
Variant A: 0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75mm.
Variant B: 3mm 'backbone' with 0.25/0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0/2.25/2.5/2.75/3.0 leaves.
Designed to fit in your wallet (85mm x 55mm maximum size).

Printed with 0.25mm layer height (would recommend 0.25 or 0.125) with 100% infill and perimeter of 3.
