Thicker OnePlus cable tie

I printed [AFunkyMonk's OnePlus cable tie](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3550051) and found it to be a little bit flimsier than the original OnePlus tie and it was falling from the cables quite a lot, so I made another one from scratch just a little bit thicker so it is sturdier.
