Threaded bolt attachment

This is an attachment that is supposed to be fastened to some piece of stock material like metal or wood were the small side extrusions can push into pre-drilled holes to secure the threading in place but I would recommend gluing it as well. After the attachment is in place another piece of stock or material that needs to be fastened to the original piece can be applied and a bold can be driven into the threads of the attachment to hold both materials together.
