Threaded customizable nozzle case

The customizable nozzle box is great, but it is difficult to find a fit which would hold the nozzles firmly - therefore I combined the container with Cuisos thread library.

Also, the "length" (number of rows) is now calculated automatically from the list of labels provided.

In order to not waste time and material, I recommend to find the correct parameters by printing a 1x1 box first (40 minutes on my printer, compared to 8 hours for a 6x8 box).
