Three Gram Ascorbic Acid Scoop

This is a trivial design, but I got tired of having to measure out three little one-gram scoops for my [ascorbic acid](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZVNCXOM) (vitamin C). Broke out [FreeCAD](https://www.freecadweb.org). BAM! I've reduced my scooping effort by 2/3.

The handle shape is vertical so that it will print without supports.
