Sadly I can't remember where on Thingiverse I found the cape, sorry to the maker.
I made it for Marvel Crisis Protocol, as a variant Thor. The idea behind the base was to enlarge a manhole cover, to further make Throg look small.
The cape behind his helmet is not perfect, so I uploaded a cape free version if you want to make a better cape yourself :)
