Thrustmaster Warthog Throttle insert for Spitfire Mk IXe

An insert for the Thrustmaster Warthog throttle so that the left throttle can be used for the Prop pitch with a detent to keep the Prop RPM at 2650 or 2850, and the left throttle has detents at +7 and +12 Boost to line up with the Max rich continuous and Max Climbing settings for the Spitfire Mk IXe in IL-2 Sturmovik with the Merlin 70 engine.
