Thumbwheel with Nut Insert

Thumbwheel with built-in nut to replace the factory wingnuts. Designed it to go with JMW Concepts bed leveling mod (found here - https://youtu.be/sOXuJFgiM24), but could be used for anything with an M3 nut.

Paused the print at layer 24 and inserted standard M3 nut. I sprayed the top of the nut with hairspray and let it preheat on the bed while printing to help with the next layer adhering. Worked great.

The part file is included to make any changes as needed.

**Update - I'm working on getting the tolerances better and hopefully i'll come out with a set of more sizes soon (M4, M5, etc.).
