This is a first pass at a "GCode Shifter" which allows a part to be printed on a tilted bed conveyor style printer. I designed it for my "Flash FDM" printer shown at Rapid 2016 and MRRF 2017.
The part should be rotated to an arbitrary angle (matching the print bed) in your slicer of choice, sliced, and then this post processor should be ran. There are two parameters, the first being the Y offset and the 2nd being the Z offset. (These parameters can be considered rise and run if that helps.) This will shift each successive layer by that amount, causing the part to "move" with the conveyor.
Another implementation of this takes a simple angle and the layer height and computes the above two parameters.
Here's a video of it in action: https://youtu.be/ByQY0iIToW0
(Please note: the AstroBot.stl included is just to satisfy the Thingiverse requirement... and is only used as an example.)
