Tiny Mod Tech Robot

Love the Makerfaire robot, but wanted it to print in less than half an hour with movable joints. I also wanted him to say HL ModTech on his chest and GO WO on his feet. =)

After a good bit of tinkering with MeshMixer and the new TinkerCAD beta I was able to come up with a version that is worth sharing.

The one in the picture is actually scaled up 10% as I found the stock size did not print perfect every time. Sometimes the walls were just too thin. This one has been bulletproof so far and still completes in about 30 min on my Replicator 2.

I am printing with PLA. I have tried the print on my 2x, but My heated bed is making that bottom layer pretty glossy and fused so the joints have never been movable there... I am pretty sure it is a bed height issue on my end though.
