El extractor está diseñado para facilitar la tarea de apretar el tubo de pasta de dientes (o otros tubos) y poder sacar toda la pasta.
Hay que realizar la colocación del tubo pasando por la ranura de la base y luego por la ranura del cilindro. Una vez hecho esto, hay que girar y permitir que se enrolle sobre sí mismo.

The extractor is designed to make it easier to squeeze the toothpaste tube (or other tubes) so that you can remove all of the toothpaste.
The tube must be placed through the base gap and then through the cylinder gap. Once this is done, it must be turned and allowed to roll up on itself.
