I printed these with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.20mm layer height and they work really well. They are quite as good as wooden sticks and they do not break while you are using them.
The box takes 6 x 5 = 30 toothpicks in a small convenient size. The lid is reasonably tight and may need sanding for a good fit.
