Top hat in sections for printing on a 200x200 mm bed.
Fits 600mm circumference head.
Glue brim first then brim to crown.
Tip for overhang, add pause in gcode after zero clearance support is printed, cover with permanent marker and resume print. Support easily breaks off and leaves smooth surface for gluing.
Hat in picture was shaped with heat gun after assembly.
