The axles do need sanding down to make them run free, but leave the ends so they grip the wheels.
UPDATE 2023/02/19 I have added the individual STL files for the wheels, bucket, hoe, body in response to a request. If you want the wheels to be 'left' and 'right' you will have to flip the file in your slicer. (Or print the original "all in one file")
I have also added Tractor 2. The wheels and axle from Tractor 4 will fit Tractor 2 body if required.
