here we have what could be many different things. considering that it is all hollow it will allow you to run wires through it for the possibility of using this for LED's. or to even cut metal wire to run through it to provide extra strength to use it for an actual posable tripod. the options are endless.

printing: make sure that the 3 ball joints are facing up. it seems to be the most optimal way to print considering it being hollow.
