Just a very simple tool to generate a cap to slip over the end of a tube. I was mounting a luggage rack to my motorcycle and the vendor ships caps to keep you from scratching the bike while lining everything up. They left off one cap, so here you go.
Really simple, but figured why not make it customizable for next time.
